PASTOR PAUL & VICKY LLOYD
Pastor Paul is a testimony to the transforming power of Jesus Christ. He came from a good family but somehow ended up in a life of heroin addiction and violent crime for over 10 years. In 1995 a friend told him that Jesus was real and that there was a way for him to be forgiven and be freed from his lifestyle with all its guilt and pain. It wasn’t long after that that he decided to go into one of our Victory Homes in London where the course of his life completely changed. He is now the senior pastor of a thriving church in Manchester and a sought after international speaker.
He is well known for his straight forward, dynamic and humorous communication style.
Vicky came from a broken family. At a young age her life spiraled into a 10-year journey of drugs, addiction and crime. She was introduced to Jesus by a nurse as she lay in a hospital bed suffering the results of the life style she led. She soon walked in through the doors of Victory Homes where she surrendered her life to Jesus and has not looked back since. Vicky is a back to back partner to Pastor Paul, a power-house speaker and leader in her own right.
Paul and Vicky Lloyd have led Victory Outreach Manchester since October 2003.
Victory Outreach is an International Ministry, founded in 1967 by Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni , and has grown into a network of over 700 churches globally today. It is one of the largest inner-city ministries, serving people from diverse backgrounds. For over 50 years, Victory Outreach has equipped men and women to reach their full potential in life and we are honoured to play a small part on that!

Kevin Keenan
Married since 2007 with four children, Pastor Kevin is a licensed minister in Victory Outreach Manchester and he's responsible for overseeing our sober living facilities.

James Hunter
Married since 2006 with two children, he is also a licensed minister in Victory Outreach, responsible for Christian Education and he holds a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Nazarene Theological College.
